To access your tickets in the support portal you need to register on it first (your credentials to the Parallel Profits Members Area will NOT work).
In order to do this:
1. Visit the support desk portal: https://support.pinpointlocal.com/
2. Click the “Login” link in the upper right-hand corner and then the “Register” link in the centre of the page (the image below has the "Parallel Profits" logo, but it doesn't matter, the process is the same).
You can then login to create a new support ticket or to view the status of your current tickets.
You can also create a new ticket for a new issue/problem you are facing just by visiting https://support.pinpointlocal.com/submit_ticket or by sending us an email at: email@example.com
If you ever forget your password for the support portal, you can use the Reset Password link on the login page.
