How To View The Status of Your Support Tickets
To access your tickets in the support portal you need to register on it first (your credentials to the Parallel Profits Members Area will NOT work).
In order to do this:
1. Visit the support desk portal: https://support.pinpointlocal.com/
2. Click the “Login” link (https://support.pinpointlocal.com/login) in the upper right-hand corner and then the “Register” link in the centre of the page (the image below has the "Parallel Profits" logo, but it doesn't matter, the process is the same).
